As of April 2026 • I will be collecting payment upon booking critter sitter assignments

If a cancellation occurs:

• anytime 3 months prior to assignment date, Client shall be given choice of  90% refund or a 100% credit for future critter sitter assignment
• 2 months prior Client shall be given choice of 80% refund or 100% credit
• 1 month prior Client shall be given choice of 70% refund or 90% credit
• less than 2 weeks Client shall be given an 80% credit for future critter sitter assignment
